About Me...

With nearly 20 years experience in both sugarcraft and cake decorating. Authenticake was launched in 2004 and today creates around 100 individually designed wedding cakes a year. I am proud to be firmly established as one of Staffordshire and Cheshire’s leading and finest wedding cake designers. My work is regularly featured in Wedding Cakes a Design Source and I exhibit annually with Squires Kitchen in the Wedding Cake Showroom.

For the past 3 years I have run a series of small sugar-craft classes from the studio allowing one to one attention. Following demand this has expanded into a number of one day fun 'hands on' workshops. I hope to be able to share my passion for cake decorating with you.
